Privacy Policy

Last Updated: May 2026

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how exa1024.xyz (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles limited information in connection with our websites and the software applications we develop and distribute (collectively, the “Applications”). We design our systems to collect and store as little personal data as possible, consistent with the Terms of Use.

1. Information We Collect

When you use an Application, we store the following information required for normal operation:

Wallet interactions always occur within your chosen wallet software.

Some technical data may be processed automatically by service providers (see “Third‑Party Engines and Services”).

2. How We Use Information

The limited data above are used to:

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or distribute user data. Records remain within the Applications’ systems, except where network services require transmission (for example, to verify token ownership on a blockchain or to enable multiplayer connectivity) or where service providers process data to host and deliver the websites/Applications.

4. Data Retention

User records (wallet addresses, usernames, and configurations) are stored in MongoDB Atlas Cloud database and remain there until modified or manually removed. We do not perform automatic data deletion after inactivity. Users may request data removal or clarification through the contact method below.

5. Data Hosting and Security

Data are hosted on MongoDB Atlas Cloud in the region closest to the application server. MongoDB Atlas provides encryption in transit and at rest as part of its managed service. Access to the database is restricted to authorized administrators. While we apply reasonable technical measures, no cloud service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Data Rights

You may request that your stored record be deleted from our systems. Once verified, we remove the corresponding entry from the active database where technically feasible. Because data may exist in secured backups for a limited time, complete erasure from all replicas and snapshots may not be immediate.

7. Third‑Party Engines and Services

The Applications and/or our websites may use third‑party technologies such as the Unity Engine and other services for hosting, networking, visualization, and download delivery. These providers may collect or process device identifiers, IP addresses, and diagnostic data under their own policies. Refer to their privacy statements for details.

8. Children

The Applications are intended for users aged 18 and above and are not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18.

9. Changes to This Policy

Any updates to this Privacy Policy will appear here. The “Last Updated” date will reflect the current revision. Using the websites or Applications after that date means you accept the changes.
